Getting set up
Setting up your Call + App Launching solution couldn't be simpler. In this video, we'll show you how to register your license key and complete the basic steps to get it up and running.
Select either Google Calendar or Exchange followed by the online or on-premises options. You'll be prompted to enter your mailbox credentials to see an overview of the calendar details. When you're happy to proceed select 'Add Calendar'.
Assign a unique name and location to your meeting room, to help users identifying the room they're in. Using names like "Boardroom 1" effectively distinguishes one room from another.
For consistency, we'd recommend aligning the room name with its corresponding room mailbox name.
By setting a PIN, you determine who has the authority to add apps and modify the interface settings. This added layer of security ensures that meeting room participants don't alter the room's configuration by mistake.
