To install the solution, a Windows admin user with elevated privileges is required. However, the same admin user account can be used to install the solution in multiple meeting rooms.

By being present in every meeting room, our Call + App Launching solution helps create a consistent and reliable meeting experience. To ensure this, each installation of the software should be assigned an individual room calendar.
This prevents the same meeting invitation from appearing in multiple rooms simultaneously. For optimal results, it's recommended to assign the same room resource and video conference platform to each room.
With our Call + App Launching solution, meeting room attendees can effortlessly launch applications directly from the home screen interface, known within our solution as 'Shortcuts'.
