Quick actions
Your Quick Actions are located in the bottom-left corner of the home screen - though you can move them anywhere that suits your setup.
They provide instant access to the key controls you’ve enabled, so users don’t need to dig through settings or menus mid-meeting.

Control What’s Shown
You decide which actions appear in the toolbar.
From Settings > Display, toggle on only the tools your users need for that space, keeping the interface focused and distraction-free.
- Access Settings:
Open the main Settings panel to view or adjust Launcher configurations.
Note: Requires the Admin PIN to prevent unauthorized changes. - Exit app:
Safely close Launcher and return to the device desktop.
Note: When Kiosk Mode is enabled, this option will not appear. - Link to desktop:
Temporarily minimize Launcher to access the Windows desktop beneath.

Toggle system sound on or off directly from the toolbar.

Set it once, apply it across all rooms via Central Management, and your users will always see a consistent, clutter-free interface.
When Kiosk mode is enabled everything is locked down, so the options to exit the app or access the desktop will not be available.
