Kiosk Mode
Enabling Kiosk Mode on Windows systems enhances security by restricting user access and disabling certain features. With Kiosk Mode, Launcher will open in full screen upon device startup and prevent users from accessing the Windows desktop. Additionally, Windows keyboard shortcuts and touch gestures that could allow users to access the system are disabled.
- Access Security Settings:
- Start by opening Settings and heading to the Security section.
- Toggle Kiosk Mode:
- Locate the Kiosk Mode option.
- Click on its accompanying toggle button, prompting a confirmation alert.
- Confirm Your Choice:
- In the alert, decide whether to activate or deactivate Kiosk Mode as per your requirements. Note: Launcher will restart post-confirmation to apply the changes.
- Automatic Startup (if enabled):
- With Kiosk Mode activated, Launcher will commence automatically upon booting up your Windows device.
