Before you begin, make sure your setup meets all meeting room requirements. Once your console is connected correctly, any Zoom or Microsoft Teams call will automatically trigger an overlay with live call controls and event details on the console display.

You’ll be able to:

  • Toggle your microphone and camera on or off.

  • End a call directly from the console.

  • Adjust the system volume without leaving the interface.

Two Ways to Use Launcher with Your Room Console

Option 1: Extend the Display

Keep your meeting experience focused.

When you extend your display, the console acts as a secondary screen, showing only the most important in-call controls and meeting details.
This layout is ideal for users who want a clean, purpose-built meeting room setup, giving quick access to essential call functions without extra distraction.

With extended mode, you get:

  • A dedicated interface for call management.

  • Clear, focused controls for starting, joining, and ending calls.

  • Seamless integration with your Launcher-connected display.

Perfect for shared spaces where simplicity and consistency matter most.

Option 2: Duplicate the Display

Full control, right where you need it.

When you duplicate the display, the meeting room console mirrors what’s shown on the main Launcher interface.
This means you have complete access to Launcher’s features:

  • Full Launcher functionality at your fingertips.

  • The ability to access apps, tools, and settings without using the main screen.

  • Greater flexibility for IT demos, smaller rooms, or single-user spaces.

Ideal for teams who prefer to manage meetings, launch apps, and navigate Launcher entirely from the room console.
