AirPlay
Available on Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, and MacBook, AirPlay (Screen Mirroring) connection offers a convenient way to connect without the need to download and install the DisplayNote app.
Mirror your iPhone or iPad
- Setup:
- Ensure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same network as the main display.
- Access Control Center:
- On iPhone X or later, or iPad with iPadOS 13 or later: Swipe down from the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- On iPhone 8 or earlier, or with iOS 11 or earlier: Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.
- Start Screen Mirroring:
- Tap the Screen Mirroring button.
- Select the name of your main display from the list.
Your device screen will be mirrored instantly to the main display.
- To Stop Mirroring:
- Open Control Center.
- Tap Screen Mirroring.
- Choose Stop Mirroring.
Mirror your MacBook
Setup:
- Ensure your MacBook is connected to the same network as the main display.
Initiating Screen Mirroring:
Click on the Control Center icon in the menu bar.
Click the Screen Mirroring icon.
Choose the name of your main display from the list.
Your device screen will be mirrored instantly to the main display.
Display Preferences:
Click the Screen Mirroring icon in the Control Center.
Choose between:
Mirror Built-in Display: To duplicate your MacBook screen on the main display.
Use As Separate Display: To extend your MacBook screen to the main display, effectively using it as a second monitor.
