Five steps to get every room online
Setup Guide
1. Sign in and add your licences
Visit manage.displaynote.com and sign in with your DisplayNote webstore credentials, or create an account. Go to the Licenses tab and enter your licence keys — any devices already activated against those keys register automatically.
2. Set up role-based access
Assign the right level of access per person: Owners get full control of the account, users, licences and devices. Admins can view and manage all devices, assign roles and configure settings. Operators can manage only the rooms or groups assigned to them — useful for regional IT.
3. Group your rooms
Organise devices by location, floor, team or function under Access in the portal. Choose which operators can access each group and which devices belong to it.
4. Build a configuration template
Set up the ideal configuration on one device, then save it as a template in the portal. Apply it to any number of devices with a single click — shortcuts, layout, branding, Cleanup profiles and security settings all push instantly to every enrolled device, and update automatically whenever you change the template.
5. Monitor your estate
See which rooms are online or offline in real time, review room groups, and keep an eye on licence expiry — all from the same dashboard.
