Native Apple Silicon Support
The DisplayNote macOS app now runs natively on Apple Silicon (ARM64) instead of via Rosetta 2, ahead of Apple's deprecation of Rosetta support in upcoming macOS releases. This improves performance and compatibility on modern Mac hardware.
Android 16 (API 36) Support
The DisplayNote Android app now targets Android 16 (API level 36), keeping it compliant with Google Play's target SDK policy and unblocked from future updates and new installs.
Connection Method Chips on the SmartMirror Home Screen
The SmartMirror home screen now shows chips beneath the session ID for each available connection method (Web, Desktop, iPad app, AirPlay, Google Cast, Miracast). Tapping a chip opens connection instructions for that method. Chips for disabled native casting methods, for example when Unlimited Connections mode is on, don't appear.
Fixed: the default room name text on the SmartMirror Ready to Mirror screen could be truncated with an ellipsis on longer device names
